We have worked as independent claim adjusters for English insurance companies for more than thirty years. We develop our work gradually to the demands continually set in the insurance industry when it comes to IT security, banking confidentiality, medical confidentiality, privacy and so on.

We assist our corporate customers and concerned personnel with practical tools, guidelines and relevant information in order to handle claims quickly and professionally.

In our claims management system, we collect a variety of information that can benefit the corporate customer in several ways. We can, for example, pick up trends as a basis for loss prevention. Security incidents can be reported as the basis for security. Occupational health care departments can get information on medical expenses and treatments that might be avoided by targeted health checks etc.

In addition, we assist insurance companies with detailed information about the loss events that have occurred, where they occurred and what they cost. These data are used for setting premiums at quotations and renewals. The data is provided in such a form that privacy is assured and reports are adapted in accordance to the corporate customer and the insurers requests.
